STEMCO-ATDynamics Files Patent Infringement Claim Against Ridge Corporation

(LONGVIEW, TEXAS – May 28, 2015) STEMCO, an EnPro Industries company (NYSE: NPO), announced today that its subsidiary ATDynamics filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction against Ridge Corporation in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. ATDynamics has asked the Court to enjoin Ridge Corporation from making or selling the Green Tail aerodynamic device on the basis that the Green Tail infringes at least 30 claims from STEMCO-ATDynamics’ extensive patent portfolio, including U.S. Patent Nos. 8,708,399, 8,360,510, 8,360,509, 8,272,680 and 7,850,224.
