STEMCO Dually Drain Pan
STEMCO is proud to introduce the new STEMCO Dually Drain Pan. The Dually Drain Pan is a lightweight molded plastic drain pan that locks inside heavy duty truck and trailer tubeless dual wheels, allowing the user to cleanly and safely drain oil or grease from the axles. The new STEMCO Dually Drain Pan part number will be 102-5001 and is sold in minimum/multiples of 12 pieces.
STEMCO's Unitized Pinion Seals extend drive line service and reduce maintenance intervals. Unitized pinion seals offer easy installation through a single piece, unitized design which is installed in one step using the yoke bolt to install the press-fit OD. STEMCO's unitized pinion seals incorporate a wear ring to provide ideal running surface for sealing lips, thus eliminating the need for repair sleeves.
STEMCO introduces a new technologically advanced programmable mileage counter, the DataTrac Pro electronic hubodometer and the Programmer. What makes the DataTrac Pro unique is its ability to be programmed by the STEMCO Programmer to meet the customer's specific tire revolutions requirement, ensuring you always have what the customer needs and never miss a sale!
STEMCO is proud to introduce the new STEMCO Matched Bearing Sets. Matched wheel bearing sets improve reliability, performance and wheel end bearing life. Offering a bearing cup and cone set that are manufactured by the same company ensures the mating roller and raceway surfaces work together to reduce friction, improve wear resistance and assure consistent performance.
BatRF
STEMCO offers RFID sensor-based BAT RF Products that use automatic communication modes to collect and manage fleet information. The BAT RF system incorporates sensors mounted to the vehicle which measure tire pressure, mileage and the asset's identification. BAT RF is a scalable system - the sensors can be used alone in the simplest form or as a more complex business system depending on fleet size and customer needs. Products included in the BAT RF line are: Air BAT RF, Trac BAT RF, Hand BAT RF, Web BAT RF.
In February 2008, STEMCO announced the acquisition of VW Kaiser Engineering, a privately held company with thirty years experience testing and manufacturing quality long life pins and bushings for king pin and suspension applications. Kaiser is known for king pin and suspension kits that outperform, outlast, and are simpler to install than traditional components. With this acquisition, STEMCO extended its product offering and broadened its reach into the commercial vehicle market.
STEMCO Duroline offers a full range of friction products to meet all application needs. The new product offering includes friction for standard, premium, and specialty applications rated from 20,000 to 29,000 pounds. New families of friction include Horizon SP designed for on-highway customers looking for a value based product, Crest XLtm for extra life in demanding highway applications and Vista HPtm a high performance option for more demanding applications. Completing the product line on the high end is the Ultra Peaktm family. Offering extraordinary life by utilizing the next generation of in film transfer is Ultra Peaktm. A variation of this product designed specifically for bus, refuse, and transit applications is Ultra Peak BRT. Combination block designed for severe, heavy hauling applications rounds out the product line with Ultra Peaktm HH.
The STEMCO Crewson product line offers several unique inventions such as the patented “Auto Check™” feature that allows the fleet to quickly and visually determine if the brakes are in proper adjustment. Clearance sensing for more accurate brake adjustment is an advanced feature of the STEMCO Crewson ABA. Other innovations include “Cam Guard” which is a highly effective lubrication system that eliminates seizing and corrosion and a patented installation template used for precise installation every time.
Endeavor
STEMCO is pleased to announce Endeavor® hub seals are now available. STEMCO Endeavor® is standard in ConMet PreSet Hubs and is now available for aftermarket replacement. STEMCO Endeavor® is a hub installed unitized seal and features a high temperature elastomeric co-polymer sealing element for increased performance. For easy installation, Endeavor® utilizes the same installation tools and procedure as STEMCO Discover® and Voyager® hub installed seals.
