STEMCO Inc, a leader in the heavy-duty truck wheel-end components industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager.
Position Summary: Manage the daily operations of unit Human Resources Department with responsibility for staffing, compensation/benefits, performance management, employee development, communications and culture, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Planning (AAP), and policy administration/enforcement. Maintain positive employee relations, communication platforms, and organizational programs while establishing metrics and goals for continuous improvement. Comply with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
