District Sales Manager - San Antonio, TX
STEMCO Inc, a leader in the heavy-duty truck wheel-end components industry is seeking a District Sales Manager in the San Antonio, TX area.
Responsibilities include: conducting distributor sales meetings, training and motivating distributor salesmen, calling on fleets with and without distributor salesmen specifying STEMCO products, training and certifying mechanics at the fleets and dealerships and most importantly maintaining fleet presence in a designated geographical area.
The successful candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a minimum of two years sales experience in the truck parts industry, and the ability to relate to mechanics, salesmen, engineers as well as business owners. Technical training or college degree is desired but not required. Must be willing to travel six to eight nights per month.
