District Sales Manager - Northern Ontario Canada
STEMCO, a leader in the manufacturing of heavy duty truck wheel end components, is seeking a District Sales Manager in the Northern Ontario Canada area.
Responsibilities include: conducting distributor sales meetings, training and motivating distributor salespeople, calling on fleets with and without distributor salespeople specifiying STEMCO products, training and certifying mechanics at fleets and dealerships and most importantly, maintaining fleet presence in a designated geopgrahpical area.
The successful candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a minimum of three years sales experience in the truck parts industry, and the ability to relate to mechanics, salespeople, engineers as well as business owners. Technical training or college degree is desired but not required. Must be willing to travel six to eight nights per month.
