District Sales Manager - British Columbia, Canada
STEMCO, a leader in the heavy-duty truck wheel-end components industry is seeking a District Sales Manager based in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada.
Responsibilities include: conducting distributor sales meetings, training and motivating distributor salespeople, calling on fleets with and without distributor salespeople specifiying STEMCO products, training and certifying mechanics at the fleets and dealerships and most importantly maintaining fleet presence in a designated geographical area.
The successful candidate will posses a strong mechanical aptitude, a minimum of three years sales experience in the truck parts industry, and the ability to relate to mechanics, salespeople and engineers as well as business owners. Technical training or college degree is desired but not required. Must be willing to travel six to eight nights per month.
